Did you do any personal-development work before Avatar? 
After a close encounter with death at 17, I  took up meditation (TM) and Yoga and I experienced expansion and liberation through my practice. Those feelings or states never lasted long though, and mostly happened when I was isolated from the world.

The Avatar tools allow me to experience myself as much bigger, more free and more beautiful than I could have dreamed of, every time I use them and wherever I might be—and most importantly: with others.
