In 2007, I did my first Avatar Integrity Course and after a few days I was 'out' of situations, people, etc. (I thought). Then my sister came to mind. I decided to look into it and had some major discoveries. Anyway, the next day I flew home and four days later I got a letter from my sister. It was a very warm and lovely letter. She connected again... SHE connected again. A few weeks later we met and talked for hours. I really found my sister back, we're very close now, and recently she did an Avatar Intro. I made a primary that "I contribute to the harmony in our family."

Last August, my parents had their 55th anniversary. It had been 30 years since I was present at parties like that. I met my nieces and nephews, and they met me. It was amazing and something to be very grateful for. And it all started with Avatar...

What is the best reason you have heard for doing the Avatar Course?
I heard one person remark, "It's about time I start to live."

Did you do any personal-development work before Avatar?
I did a lot of things before I got to know Avatar. Not for personal development, but because I didn't want events of the past have such a big influence on my daily life anymore. It took me 22 years to get rid of some stuff, but with the Avatar tools, it only took me two courses and a Forgiveness Option Mini-Course to let it go. Amazing. After that I could finally start my self-development work. I will never go back to who I was before Avatar. It changed my, life big time.

If you only had one thing to say to a person about Avatar, what would you say?
Live your life to the max, do The Avatar Course.
